How far in advance should I book my wedding with you?
To ensure availability, we recommend reserving your wedding 9–18 months in advance. Many of our couples book as soon as they secure their venue.
We intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each year so we can provide a highly personalized experience and give every couple the attention they deserve. If your wedding is approaching sooner, we'd still love to hear from you—please reach out to check our availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! We love traveling to capture love stories wherever they take us. Whether your wedding is in the Bay Area, Napa Valley, Carmel, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, or a destination beyond California, we'd be honored to be part of your day.
Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and we'll always provide a clear quote upfront with no surprises.
When will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a selection of sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding so you can start sharing your memories right away.
Your fully edited online gallery will be delivered within the timeframe outlined in your contract, carefully curated and professionally retouched to ensure every image reflects the beauty and emotion of your day.
How do we book you?
Booking your wedding is simple! Start by filling out our contact form with your wedding date, venue, and a few details about your celebration.
We'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm our availability, answer any questions, and help you choose the collection that best fits your day.
Once you're ready to move forward, your date will be officially reserved with a signed agreement and a retainer. From there, we'll guide you through every step of the planning process to ensure a seamless and unforgettable photography experience.
